Philadelphia Phillies: Rhys Hoskins Almost Home Run & Bryce Harper Injured in 8-7 Loss to the Mets!!

I will not last the entire season. The Philadelphia Phillies lose 8-7 to the New York Mets 8-7 in a wild finish. Rhys Hoskins hit a 3-run home run to tie the game in the bottom of the 9th….. oh wait… no he didn’t. It hit the very tip of the fence over the wall and bounced back into play. Bryce Harper, playing injured, failed to knock in Rhys from second base to tie it up so the Phils lose by 1. The team is so flawed defensively. Andrew McCutchen missed another routine ball, Alec Bohm recorded an error, Zach Eflin made a horrendous throw to second for a double play missed opportunity, and Rhys Hoskins fell asleep at first and nonchalantly threw the ball in resulting in a Mets run. #Phillies #Mets #MLB
