A little twist on the usual fare, partially because the Ducks aren’t worthy of a full-fledged video (at least yet) and also because I wanted to try and freshen things up a bit (it probably isn’t, but oh well).
The Anaheim Ducks are just a mess. There is no other way to put it. Years of extending everyone and clinging onto the old glories back in 2007 have set the franchise back for a few years now. A team that once had a shot at a Stanley Cup is now deep in a collapse. A state of flummox where they don’t really know where to take the team (besides overreliance on John Gibson).
Here’s to hoping this is worth your time. And here’s to a trade deadline where your GM doesn’t do anything completely stupid to ruin your team’s future. I’m worried about JR. Save us all, please.
