Parssinen’s contract is a one-way deal and it will see him make $775,000 at the NHL level. Del Gaizo’s contract is a two-way deal and will also see him make $775,000 at the NHL level.

Drafted by the Predators in the seventh round of the 2019 NHL Draft, Parssinen spent time with both the Predators and Milwaukee Admirals this past season. In 36 games with Milwaukee, he registered 25 points. With Nashville, Parssinen scored eight goals and added four assists for 12 points in 44 regular season games.

Since coming over to North America at the end of the 2021-22 season, Parssinen has played in 89 career NHL regular season games and had collected 37 points.

Selected by the Predators in the fourth round of the 2019 NHL Draft, Del Gaizo also split time with the Predators and Admirals in 2023-24. In nine NHL games, Del Gaizo put up three assists. With the Admirals, he scored eight goals and added 26 assists for 34 points in 60 games.

Although Parssinen and Del Gaizo have both shown they can be contributors for the Predators, the additions Nashville made in free agency could make it difficult for them to earn full-time roles with the team. With that being said, spots are never guaranteed and either of them could force their way onto the roster.
