Victoria Azarenka vs Simona Halep in a three-set thriller! | US Open 2015 Quarterfinal

Former US Open finalist Victoria Azarenka comes up against No. 2 seed Simona Halep in the quarterfinals of the US Open 2015.

Former World No. 1 Azarenka, has twice finished runner-up to Serena Williams at Flushing Meadows in 2012 and 2013. While Halep has never advanced beyond the fourth round at the US Open.

Azarenka and Halep have played twice previously, with Halep winning just six games in four sets. However, those matches were both back in 2012, when Azarenka was at the top of the rankings and Halep had not yet initiated her rapid ascent up the rankings.

Now the 23-year-old Romanian has climbed to No. 2 in the world, while the 26-year-old Belarusian is down to No. 20 after a couple of injury-racked seasons.

Both players are known for their fiery temperaments, but who will keep their cool to progress to the semifinals?
