The Washington Mystics reached across the ocean and grabbed an international star to address their point guard position. The team announced it has signed Rui Machida, who led Japan to the silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics last summer. The 5-foot-4 guard set the single-game Olympic record with 18 assists in an 87-71 victory over
