Abdul Saboor Rasuli is the Secretary General for the Afghan sports association in Germany. He is also the editor of the periodic sports magazine called “SPORTS”. Abdul Saboor is a well- qualified sport scientist with a range of diplomas within different field of sports from both Afghanistan and Germany.
