What to Know
The New Mexico Lobos haven’t won a game against the Air Force Falcons since Sept. 30 of 2017, but they’ll be looking to end the drought Saturday. New Mexico and Air Force will face off in a Mountain West battle at 6:30 p.m. ET at Dreamstyle Stadium. The Falcons should still be riding high after a big win, while the Lobos will be looking to regain their footing.
New Mexico came within a touchdown against the UTEP Miners last week, but they wound up with a 20-13 loss.

The Falcons’ QB Haaziq Daniels was on fire, accumulating 70 passing yards in addition to rushing for two TDs and 164 yards. One of the most memorable plays of the matchup was Daniels’ 94-yard touchdown rush in the first quarter.
The Lobos have to know they’ll be fighting an uphill battle given the 11.50 point spread they are up against. Now might not be the best time to take New Mexico against the spread since they’ve let down bettors for the past two consecutive games.

The Falcons have experienced some struggles of their own as they are stumbling into the matchup with the 241st fewest passing yards per game in the nation, having accrued only 87.8 on average. It’s possible one of these Achilles’ heels will wind up tripping the losing team up.
