Getty Images Blackhawks left winger Jujhar Khaira fell unconscious after sustaining a blindside hit from New York Rangers defenseman Jacob Trouba during Tuesday’s game in Chicago. There are obvious sell-high players in fantasy hockey, and then there’s Nazem Kadri. The Colorado Avalanche forward has been otherworldly of late, netting 18 points in his last eight games.
