My final grade is based on a scale I built to help me, grade players. 85% consists of my assessment based solely on the on-field analysis. The other 15 % consists of various quantifiable metrics.
All skills on the skill chart are scored between a 1-9. Multiple factors go into each score but in general, I consider 4.5 a baseline average skill and anything above a 7 as an elite trait.
