Will Stanford or FSU remain undefeated under the Vegas lights?

Stanford currently is 4-0 on the season, moving up to No. 4 from No. 6 in the national rankings after a big overtime win against Duke on Sunday. Senior forward Cameron Brink has led the team so far, coming off a career-high 29-point performance in the Cardinal’s win against the Blue Devils. She also grabbed 11 rebounds and blocked six shots.

FSU also heads into the Ball Dawgs Classic with an undefeated record. After beating Tennessee a few weeks ago, they surely will be looking to hand Stanford a loss this week if the two teams meet it the championship game as expected.

Although Northwestern and Belmont come into this tournament unranked, don’t count them out just yet! The Wildcats currently sit in ninth place in the Big Ten, while Belmont is 2-2 so far and fifth in the Missouri Valley Conference.
