Arella was drafted no. 22 overall by the Los Angeles Sparks in the 2021 WNBA Draft. Arella was one of the nation’s top players over the last two years out of Rutgers, being named First Team All-Big Ten the last two seasons and averaging over 20 points per game.

Guirantes is a two-time All-American and scored over 1,600 points at Rutgers. She’s the only player in Rutgers history to record a season of 20+ points, 6+ rebounds, and 3+ assists per game.
