The MLB Draft Lottery was last night, and the Nationals were expected to land in the top 3 as they were tied with the Pirates, and the Athletics for the top spot in July’s 2023 MLB Draft. Ryan reacts to them getting the #2 overall pick, and to spol it to you, he isn’t very happy about this. When you’re the worst team in baseball or in any sport, the expectation should be for you to land the number 1 overall pick no matter what. After the MLB and the MLBPA agreed to a draft lottery in the new CBA, the Nats got the back end of the bargain by not collecting the #1 overall selection. So, where do we go from here?
