New York Rangers take the victory heading into Christmas break | New York Rangers

The New York Rangers were at the Garden Thursday night taking on tri-state rival, the New York Islanders. It was a back-and-fourth game, until Rangers Kaapo Kakko gave them a 4-3 lead and to follow that up Vincent Trocheck hit the empty netter.

Julien Gauthier was the number one star of the game after recording a goal and an assist. The Rangers now head into Christmas break.
