The Auburn-Florida gymnastics meet on Friday night was bound to be a blockbuster competition, with NCAA stars all over the place. But who would earn the 10s? Leanne Wong? Trinity Thomas?

How about both of them.

Wong stole the show with two perfect scores at home in front of the sellout crowd. And both are worth a second (or third or fourth) look.

First, her sublime uneven bars set, complete with a stuck double layout dismount:

She promptly moved to beam, where she glided through her tricky leap combos and was rewarded for it, yet again:

As the Gators moved to floor it felt like Wong might earn a third perfect score of the night. After a new ultra-difficult Arabian double pike first pass, she stuck her final combination pass, and it felt pretty much like destiny. For one hilarious moment, the crowd thought she had done it … but her score was “only” a 9.975

Instead, it was her teammate, reigning NCAA all-around champion Trinity Thomas, who got the 10 on floor with her up-to-the-rafters double layout mount.

Thomas also earned a 10 last week, on beam, and is in hot pursuit of UCLA gymnast Jamie Dantzscher’s NCAA record of 28 perfect 10s. Thomas currently has 23.

Wong topped Thomas in the all-around, 39.825-39.725, and Florida bested Auburn 197.825 to 197.200.

Olympic champion Suni Lee had what would be called an off day only if you’re Suni Lee. She placed third in the all-around with a 39.525, earning her top score of 9.90 on both vault and bars.
