The College Football Playoff national championship game between the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Ohio State Buckeyes will take place at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. Kickoff will be at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.

Notre Dame won the CFP semifinal Sugar Bowl against Penn State with a game-winning field goal with 12 seconds left. As for the Buckeyes, they defeated Texas 28-14 at the Cotton Bowl last week in the semifinals. Ohio State leads the all-time series with Notre Dame, 6-2.
