While speaking to reporters, Flyers head coach John Tortorella revealed that Aleksei Kolosov will start for the club against Chicago.
Kolosov’s last start came on Nov. 18, when he allowed three goals on 29 shots in a loss to the Avalanche.
Kolosov has a 0-4-0 record, a 3.71 goals-against average, and a .872 save percentage in four games with the Flyers this season. He will now look to record his first career NHL win against a Blackhawks club tied with the Nashville Predators at the bottom of the NHL standings.
