You’re allowed to play a maximum of 22 players over the age of 21 each season. At least 8 in the squad must have been trained in the UK.

Signing Suggestions

Teams towards the top of League two can sign players from the bottom of League One
Every team in the league can sign players on loan from the Championship and some Premier League teams.
Look at smaller leagues such as Ireland, Norway and Denmark for players who would be good at this level.
