Chelsea striker Sam Kerr has signed a two-year contract extension at the club.
The 30-year-old was on the verge of becoming a free agent this summer, but will now remain in West London until 2026.
Kerr, who is captain of Australia, has scored 99 goals in 128 matches for the Blues since she arrived from Chicago Red Stars in 2019.
She has been instrumental in helping Chelsea stamp their authority on the WSL in the last five years.
Under Emma Hayes, Kerr was part of a squad that won five consecutive league titles, as well as three FA Cups, two League Cups and the Community Shield.
The only trophy that is missing from her collection is the Champions League, which she will be hoping to win under new head coach Sonia Bompastor.

Chelsea initially posted a video on social media with Kerr reading what seemed to be a goodbye message.
But a few minutes later, they revealed that the prolific forward will be staying at Stamford Bridge.
Speaking to the club website, she said: “It’s really exciting and a very proud moment for me.
“Having the opportunity to stay at a club like Chelsea means a lot to me.
“I’m really excited to continue to push and to try to win trophies.”
Kerr was missing for much of the 2023-24 campaign through injury, but she will be hoping to get back to her best in 2024-25.

General manager Paul Green added: “We are delighted that Sam has extended her deal with the club.
“Sam is a leader and one of the world’s best strikers and goalscorers.
“She has been very important to our success, and we look forward to welcoming her back from injury next season.”
