CF Montréal 'agree deal' for Minnesota United midfielder

One day before the transfer window closes for Canadian Major League Soccer teams, CF Montréal are pushing for a late deal.

According to Tom Bogert of GIVEMESPORT the Quebec-based club have agreed to a deal to acquire Minnesota United midfielder Caden Clark.

The 21-year-old American made 23 appearances for his current club, and has another 50 games under his belt during his time with the New York Red Bulls.

According to the report, Montréal believes the player “still has big potential he can reach” as they look to move up from 11th in the Eastern Conference.

Minnesota, meanwhile, are ninth in the West.
