Caboclo was selected by the Toronto Raptors with the 20th overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft. He has previously played for the Memphis Grizzlies, Houston Rockets, and Sacramento Kings. For the Grizzlies in 2019, he averaged 8.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game, which was the best season of his career.
Although he only participated in 34 games, he started 19 of them. He has played in 105 regular season games in his career, scoring 4.2 points and pulling down 2.6 rebounds per game.
