“He got personal recognition with 2nd-team all-pro. There were some extreme moments where he played at a really high level. Obviously, he played with an injury too. When we look at the time, he and I and our staff, I think he recognizes how much room he has to grow. The ceiling is incredibly high for the player. He just has to show consistency daily starting with technique and carrying that into action.”
