PUMA have unveiled a new range of African home and away kits, celebrating five of the continent’s most successful footballing nations.

Egypt, Morocco, Senegal, Ghana and 2023 African Cup of Nation winners Ivory Coast have all received new kits – with identity and culture firmly at the forefront of each and every design. Each shirt has been redesigned with history and pride in mind, reimagining the nations’ most beautiful culture.

Seven time AFCON winners Egypt were rightfully honoured with a royal design, paying homage to their ancient history. Symbols of pharaohs, sphinxes, sand dunes and pyramids have been etched onto the white away canvas, while the red home kit features a similar design but on a bold, unmissable fabric.

Africa’s most recent victors, the Ivory Coast, celebrate their annual festival ‘La Fete des Masque’ in their new kits. Their iconic home jersey has been redesigned with intricate details, similar to traditional festival costumes. Their away jersey looks towards some of the dances performed at the event, while the white background allows the green elephant badge to stand out.

While they prepare to host the next AFCON tournament, Morocco can look forward to their new PUMA kits – nodding to their national history. The home kit is painted onto a simple white canvas, with stunning green and red panels on the side. Whereas their away kit is an unmissable red, with stars carefully sketched towards the middle.

Ghana and Senegal also boast stunning designs, linking both countries’ deep history to their success on the pitch.

PUMA’s African national team home and away kits are available to purchase globally from the 15 November.
