The U.S. sent four golfers to the men’s competition at Le Golf National for the 2024 Olympics.

Scottie Scheffler shot a final-round 62 to win gold, the second straight gold medal for the Americans in the Olympics, following Xander Schauffele’s feat in the 2021 Games.

Scheffler shot rounds of 67-69-67-62 for a four-day total of 265. He finished 19 under overall and edged Great Britain’s Tommy Fleetwood by a shot.

It’s the sixth gold medal for the U.S. in golf in the Olympics.

How’d the rest of Team USA do in 2024?

Schauffele tied for ninth. His four scores were 65-66-68-73, with his 2 over final round knocking him down the leaderboard to 12 under overall.

Wyndham Clark, meanwhile, bounced back from his first-round 75 to shoot 68-65-65 and tie for 14th at 11 under.

Collin Morikawa tied for 24th after scores of 70-68-70-70. He finished 6 under.
