What’s Next for the New Orleans Pelicans? | Big Trades Soon?

The other week reports came out from the Athletic, claiming future superstar Zion Williamson and his family are unpleased with the supporting cast around him. It comes after a dismal and disappointing season from Zion’s team, the New Orleans Pelicans, as they failed to play any consistent basketball and missed the playoffs by a fair amount. Obviously, with a talent as electric as Zion Williamson, that shouldn’t be happening, so personally, I think these calls for improvement by his family are very fair. That means the Pelicans now have a stressful offseason coming up, because the pressure is now on them to build a suitable team to maximise the insane talent of Williamson. So, what do they do to perfect a roster around Zion? What’s next for them? In today’s video, I’m going to be discussing what I believe is the ideal offseason for the New Orleans Pelicans and the moves I think they should make to build around Zion properly and in turn, hopefully launch them into the playoff picture next season.
