Vancouver Canucks goalie Kevin Lankinen can become the first goalie in NHL history to win ten straight road games to start a season with a win against the Detroit Red Wings tomorrow night.

The NHL record for most road victories in a row at any time is 11, achieved by San Jose Sharks goalie Evgeni Nabokov and long-time Minnesota Wild goalie Devan Dubnyk. Lankinen can achieve something that’s never been done before.

Lankinen has been a revelation for the Canucks, as he has 11 wins in 16 games and a .909 save %, and a 2.57 GAA.
